Backed by decades of leadership across music, law, marketing, and live entertainment, MuZiKa combines boutique attention with major-label infrastructure through its partnership with BMG.

MEYBER SANTOS

Meyber Santos is a strategic force in music marketing and public relations, with over 15 years of experience shaping high-impact careers and brands across the global music industry and the nonprofit sector.

Her work spans Sony Music, Fonovisa, Disa, UMG Group, Capitol Records EMI Latin, Kenut Entertainment, TIDAL, and BMG-related initiatives, along with more than a decade leading marketing and public relations for Intocable and their label, Good I Music. She has also applied her expertise within the nonprofit space, developing culturally relevant outreach and engagement strategies.

Known for her sharp strategic insight and hands-on leadership, Meyber blends creative vision with data-driven execution to elevate artists, brands, and organizations with focus and purpose.

MuZiKa Records reflects Meyber’s philosophy: disciplined growth, transparency, and artist-first leadership.

Alan E. Baxter

Alan E. Baxter brings nearly four decades of experience spanning sports, entertainment, law, and music. A JD-trained executive and seasoned negotiator, he has overseen and structured more than $500 million in deals across elite talent, labels, and global platforms.

 

His music career includes senior leadership roles within major Latin labels, the creation of one of the largest independent Latin music distribution companies in the United States, and the production of Grammy and Latin Grammy-winning projects.

 

Known for his disciplined leadership and long-term vision, Alan has built his career on structure, accountability, and results. His approach is grounded in experience and guided by a clear understanding of how to protect artists, grow businesses, and build lasting value.

Fernando Sanchez

Fernando Sanchez is a respected music executive with nearly three decades of experience in Regional Mexican music across the United States and Mexico.

 

He began his career in 1996 with Discos Disa in San Antonio, Texas, rising from distribution to radio promotion and building a strong foundation working with influential artists and multiple U.S. markets.

 

Fernando later spent five years at EMI Music U.S., helping expand the reach of leading Regional Mexican and Latin artists. Since 2009, he has worked independently across artist promotion, label operations, live bookings, and independent ventures, including co-founding Azteka Music and launching Regiomex Music.

 

Most recently, he oversaw booking operations for Grupo Duelo across the United States and Mexico through May 2025.
